Chandra Rashi Makara: 14 October 2026 — Navaratri day 4: Moon in Vrishchika through Anuradha all day IST (Jyeshtha from ~04:03 IST 15 Oct / ~6:33 pm ET 14 Oct); Shukla Chaturthi until ~01:13 IST 15 Oct (~3:43 pm ET 14 Oct), then Panchami; Sun in Kanya / Chitra: Kushmanda puja in most panchangs — steady devotion, quiet courage, and fair speech; Mercury and retrograde Venus in Tula (keep new contracts for later); exalted Jupiter and debilitated Mars in Karka; Saturn retrograde Meena. Lahiri / Chitrapaksha. Not medical or legal advice. Not a personal Kundli.
Career and work: From Makara, Mars sits in the 7th house (Karka) today — keep the task smaller than the heat.
Home and family: The Moon lights the 11th house (Vrishchika) from Makara: curiosity first, then loosen the grip at home.
Money and agreements: Mercury with Venus in the 10th house (Tula) for Makara. If Venus or Mercury is retrograde, reread an agreement before you sign.
Caution: Saturn retrograde is in the 3rd house (Meena) from Makara. Do not spend the day proving a point.
This is the same Moon-sign sketch for every Makara Chandra Rashi. Your Janma Nakshatra can change the colour of the day.
